Waltair Civic Centre
A civic building consolidating four departments previously spread across leased offices. The programme stacks public-facing functions at ground level with staff floors above, and a full-height atrium brings daylight into the centre of an otherwise deep plan.
The project was procured under an early contractor involvement model, which let buildability issues be resolved during documentation rather than on site. It reached practical completion inside the original programme.
