Begumpet Heritage Restoration
Restoration and adaptive reuse of a late-Victorian residence within a heritage precinct. Our role was peer review: assessing the proposed structural interventions and their compatibility with the significant fabric before the permit application was lodged.
The review identified two proposed penetrations through original masonry that could be relocated at no cost to the layout, and recommended a reversible approach to the rear addition's connection. Both changes were adopted.
