Bheemili Foreshore Pavilion
A small foreshore pavilion providing change facilities, a kiosk and shaded seating for a busy public beach. The footprint sits above the flood level on a raised platform, with all services routed through an accessible plinth.
Because the site is highly exposed, the building is essentially a robust concrete base with a lightweight timber roof that can be replaced without touching the structure below. Maintenance access was a governing constraint throughout.
