Miyapur Transit Interchange
A covered interchange linking bus, metro and pedestrian routes on a constrained inner-city corner. The canopy had to span the concourse without columns in the desire lines, which drove a long-span steel solution supported off the two end cores.
Passive surveillance shaped the detailing — full-height glazing to the waiting areas, no recessed alcoves, and lighting integrated into the canopy soffit rather than pole-mounted. The interchange was delivered in stages so services continued running throughout construction.
